Kevin's team installed an L2 charger for my Ioniq 5. They also created an isolated circuit in the house (so I can power a few things off my car in the event of a power outage). Everyone was professional and courteous. Communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, and they got the job done.

Kevin is very professional, responsive, and pleasant. He did an excellent job installing a ceiling fan for us, cleaned up afterwards, and took the old fan plus the new fan’s packaging with him to recycle it all. He is a master electrician and I will recommend him to anyone who needs electrical service or installation.

I received five different contractors to replace and install a fan in the master bedroom. The queen of the house was not happy when the old one broke. I called all six and received reviews from five of the six. I then called and or text each of the other five and discuss the work that had to be done, especially with a 10 foot ceiling. I even took pictures and sent them to each one so they could see the work only one declined because they wanted to come out so they could charge a service call, which I could appreciate. Once I got the final quote, I called or text each one just to get a feeling of of the person himself. I always do that to formulate an opinion of him or her. One stood out that person was Kevin Sheats, The owner of Ingram Electrical. His company wasn’t the least expensive, but cost was only a portion of the decision. talking with him and texting show that it was very respectful by the words he chose. Kevin came this morning at 7 AM, disassemble the old fan and installed our new one. He was very professional, efficient and detailed. After the installation he show me how to use the remote control. During the installation we talked for just a little while I had mentioned that I was a Vietnam veteran. He mentally thanked me for my service and told me he gives veterans discounts. I thank them for that and asked about his family. After shaking hands and thanking him, he then went on to the next job. In the 23 years that we’ve lived here and all the electrical plumbing painting and other work that has been done here, Kevin stands out as one of the best contractors that have come into this home.
